UK Delivery times
For orders received before 2pm we aim to dispatch the same day on a next business day delivery service. Otherwise, we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. Our delivery company will send you an email which will contain a delivery time and contact details. So it's easy to get in touch with DPD if you need to rearrange delivery.
Delivery outside of the UK
We deliver to the following countries for an additional charge of £15.00:
Belgium, Denmark, mainland France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal and Spain
(delivery in 3-7 working days)
Delivery costs to countries that are not listed above
If your country is not amongst the list above then please email firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping costs to your preferred destination. We will be happy to quote you an inclusive price.
Checking your product when delivered
Goods should be signed for as unchecked unless the delivery driver is prepared to wait until you have checked your order.
Refunds and exchange procedure
We aim to delight! We want our customers to be excited by our products and services however, sometimes errors do occur and on this rare occasion, if there is an error with your order of if you have an opinion to express (your feedback is really important to us), then please call us on 01892 552692 from Monday –Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
If you have any reason to return our beauty products, please email email@example.com with:
- Your email address.
- Your order number or eBay Listing Number (if appropriate).
- A brief description of the issue in your email.
- Proof of purchase to verify your order.
- In the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged, please try to send us pictures with your email, this is always most useful.
A member of our customer services team will then promptly research your request within 12 hours if your email is received during the working week (or within 3 days if your email is received over the course of a weekend) and give you a returns address. Please note:
- Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded in most cases.
- If you want us to arrange to collect an unwanted beauty product, there will be a charge of £15 but you are able to return the goods yourself via the Post Office, if it is more convenient.
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with proof of purchase, all labels and original packaging.
- Once we receive the returned beauty products, we will check thoroughly to make sure they are unused.
- It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive to us (or the supplier).
- Beauty products cannot be returned to a store, as we do not have any High Street retail outlets.
